you might want to be careful there. some kids it does not take more just a couple of seconds for them to get into situations such as that. she may be a bad parent, or she may have just been distracted long enough for that to happen.

There is some truth in that. accidents do happen, but sitting back while your toddler climbs into that machine is unexcuseable. with a child that age, you should never let them outta your site.
Thats just me. I have 3 kids 20,12&10 never have they done anything close to that.
