How long will Pennington play tonight?

If Penny's all you want to see, you should go to the party.. j/k
It's typical preseason subsitution. Pennington for a half, and Beck/Henne for another. If anything else happends, it should be VERY interesting.

 

From what I've gathered the starters are supposed to play the first half but they haven't decided yet how long to play Pennington. Apparently they are looking at it from a series rather than a playing time point of view. Expect Pennington to have a couple of series but don't be surprised to see him only play one and a half quarters if the Dolphins get more time of possession than they had in the first half of the Bucs game.

 

I wonder if McCown will see some snaps.

 

Sparano said he wants to give him plenty of series with the 1st team tonight with the majority of the rest going to Henne. I'd expect to see both Chads throwing a decent number of passes, so the WRs on the bubble can be evaluated one more time and to try and increase Pennington's timing with the WRs. JMO
Just sad it's not televised for the rest of us tonight.
