How do you interpret these words for Marshall?

And don't you think that happens an awful lot around here? I'm really not trying to ruffle anyone's feathers. Everyone gets very defensive when the word homer is tossed around, but I really don't think it's such a terrible thing. We love the Miami Dolphins and are fans enough to spend significant time reading about and discussing them here. I think most here at one point or another have been guilty of defending a certain player, coach, etc. who didn't deserve defending. I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing. But if you look at the majority of the intense debates on this board, that's usually the root of it. I defended Brandon Marshall when he dropped catchable balls. Others defended Henne when he tossed a game sealing pick. Still others defended Ireland when he did / does questionable things. When it comes to Dolphins homerism, we all pick our poison and I'd wager almost all of us are guilty or have been guilty to some degree.

 

Bingo! Along with the fact the guy is a whack job, why do we even care? Glad he's gone, hope we find the right combo of WR's to replace the guy.
