Absolutely. No deer in the headlights or happy feet with this kid. Handles pressure like a seasoned vet..
He stole the post game interview chair from Dirty like a thief in the night.....beautiful, just beautiful
Hah, you know there was a moment of panic at the ESPN studios as Ronnie was getting ready to punch it in. They wanted their glitz and glamour young pretty boy rookie QB in there, and got Henne instead. You could see during that segment that Henne isn't going to be anything like the Tony Romo's of the world, that guy is pure class. He made a few comments on the plays, pimped his teammates a little, and other than that shut up and let the plays do the talking. Totally a Parcells guy, it's just great.
I have to say, for all of my doubt, Chad Henne WOWed me tonight Teddy showed up and what can you say about our offensive front 5! Dang their GOOD. The R and R express had a head of steam. Oh, and BTW, Thank you Orange jersey! 3-0
How about an offense averaging 30 ppg when he's under center! Likely won't stay quite that high, but you gotta wonder.
i agree our Defense did suck today but alot of people were ripping on Gibril Wilson i think he had a heck of a game
I also had my uncertainties about Henne but I think the more he plays the better he will get. I also think it does him good to come out a few times to catch his breath while Ronnie runs the WC....also great job calling Pat White up the middle....he is so fast and shifty. Our defense had some issues, but the refs sucked.....way too many penalties called on our D.
espn prob had it 2-0 before this game, we beat the redskins, patriots, and Jets all in close games with these jersey,

the bomb will be the play thats remembered best, but both throws to Camarillo on the last drive were throws that legends make. Everybody gets lucky on a deep ball here and there, but those two passes were daggers in the hearts of a jets defense riding high on their own hype. and jesus this guys only started 2 games.
In Rex Ryan's interview, he said that their defense made Henne look like Dan Marino. No, Rex. Henne made Henne look like Marino.
NFL network cut away from Henne to sanchez as soon as he walked up to the podium. I got a lil giggle out of that. One of the three guys on ESPN was talking about how close the Jets were to winning and if tehy would have won "we would all be talking about Sanchez"
couldnt agree more, the 3rd and 5 throw to CC was a thing of beauty. He could not have wlaked up to him and put it in a better spot.
Henne is the man! But give the O-line some credit. i'm sure they played their butts off becuase Sparano (former O-line coach) chewed them out for letting Henne get sacked so much against Buffalo. Now we're clicking on all cylinders! except Special Teams!
I felt our defense played rather conservative.. we didn't seem blitz at all... we needed to send more than 3-4 guys, IMO. That said, you take away some real ticky-tacky penalties in the secondary... maybe that first fake punt... this game isn't even close.
