They are proactively developing a database of willing volunteers and a plan of action to protect the FL. keys from the oil spill for if/ when it threatens the keys. The FL. Keys is one of the U.S.'s most cherished natural resources let alone FL's. The largest living reef in the continental U.S. and the only living reef in the Continental U.S. if I'm not mistaken. This needs to be protected from BP's mess. BP clearly does not care and the Fed govt. continues to fall short of supplying clean up needs. It's up to those that care to get it done.
