I thought F10 did that when your computer first starts up; when it gives you the black screen with all the information and codes. NOTE: Don't press F10 because I'm not sure if that's exactly it. Let these gurus help you here. My cousin did it and he completely cleaned his computer, had to download everything all over again. One thing you do have to know how to do is re-install your modem.
