Awesome! Bad news for Cardinals fans though. This actually reminds me a lot of Miami's surprise 9-7 team in 2005. Coincidentally, the Cardinals were also 9-7 this year. In the offseason, STL stole our offensive coordinator, Scott Linehan, and it really set back our offense that next season. Miami went 6-10 in 2006. Now that they have lost their OC Haley, will the same be the case with the Cardinals in 2009?
I think the Cards are in better shape than we were since their HC has a clue about offensive philosophy, unlike our former head man at the time. I think the chiefs will be respectable sooner rather than later with Haley cooking Pioli's groceries.
