Wake is his guest tonite watchin film, post thoughts and comments here for that nasty mother grabber.. The premiere pass rusher in the game..
"wait a minute, what is that, you are going down and on one leg you take down Aaron Rodgers and the OT, how'd you do that?" I hope Grudes shows him the Tampa preseason game film when Wake blew the coverage, I'd love to see the expression on his face... Really funny thing is Deej, back in 05 Gruden with the Bucs worked Cam out and passed on signing him. So did the Ravens.
Wait, stop the tape, ''WTH is that poppin out of your back'', is that your freakin Rhomboids?'', jesus man, you got a beautiful freakin body''.. lol..
Cameron Wake is a beast, but I was able to see DeMarcus Ware last night and he might be the premier pass rusher in the league. He made Wayne Hunter look like a toy. He then went over and beat Ferguson a couple of times. Wake is up there and he can do a lot by having another great year, but I think that title goes to Ware right now.
Cameron Wake is a beast. Demarcus Ware is a beast. Tamba Hali is a beast. There was a play yesterday where Hali just basically offered the Bills OL a five-fingered pimp hand special right in the face before easily blowing by him. He does that a lot. Thing is...I don't know that I agree that those outside pass rushers are really game-impacting. I mean, the Cowboys lost despite Demarcus Ware being one of the baddest humans that ever lived. The Chiefs didn't just lose despite Hali's awesomeness, they got debacled. And one other thing. We always knew the Mario Williams to OLB thing would be an experiment, and I've not personally been a huge fan of it...but 1st game? Early returns looking pretty good. 2 Sacks, 1 Hit, and 8 Pressures...on only 20 pass rush snaps. YIKES!!!
cowboys lost because they have the worst crunchtime QB in the NFL. If they could combine Romo's first 3 quarters with Sanchez's 4th quarters (because he stinks the first 3 quarters) they'd have the best QB in the league.
Tuna said Wake went to the CFL as a 224 pd lb, and he made a wise choice to go there and bulk up... Disagree a bit, Wake was not that light.
Then again back in '05 Wake was just another tremendously talented athlete who hadn't figured out how to play. The time getting cut and then going to Canada is what Wake needed to get his head right for the NFL.
