http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...-impressed-with-jarvis-landry-so-far/related/ I know its just OTAs but at least Landry is already displaying the pups bite that will bring him success in the NFL .I am betting he is going to make a big impact and become a fan favorite. He runs clean routes and that will help Tanny to find him quickly in the new up tempo offense.
Quick, someone check Florio's temperature!!! or look for a seam along his forehead that can be peeled back to reveal an alien impostor hiding inside w/ something nice to say about Miami.
I'm trying to post the duper interview at the main site, but I can't do it, but if someone like my bro Fin-d could we might be able to get a circle jerk going... There are some highlights that are very sweet.
Landry is a player that in the right circumstances could lead the league in catching in his rookie year. EDIT: Oops. I meant lead the league in catches for a rookie during his rookie year.
Best i could do is a link: http://www.miamidolphins.com/multimedia/videos/Mark-Dupers-Message-To-2014-Fins/0547c4ab-fc76-4956-8107-929cc89d976b
thats good bro, thanks, look forward to folks watching it and seeing some not just good catches but an exciting way of battling for position, an ability to contort his body, and a very Serious focus in the football. Maybe what we see here will be the difference in the way he produces, and why I might be underestimating this player.
If he could stop showing off and start catching with two hands it would better in the long run. I'm happy he can do that but I'd prefer more accurate passes.
Landry seems like the kind of player who makes his QB look good because he catches the pass that isn't on target. I think you have to go back to Gadsen for the last time we had a player like that (see avatar).
Like in Denver with Demaryius, Julius, Wes, and Emmanuel all going down with injuries during a freak collision the first play of week 1?
Lead the league? Whooooa!! Pull back and hit the brakes. I like the positive attitude but leading the league? Hmmmm
Andrew Abramson @AbramsonPBP · 12m Tannehill says Jarvis Landry has some of the "strongest hands" he's ever seen on a receiver
He’s sneaky quick, sneaky fast,” Philbin said. "He understands the soft spots in a zone. There isn't a lot of hesitation to his game." http://miamiherald.typepad.com/sports-buzz/
