No, I guess there was typically not a lot of physical trauma - only mental And at about 12 pounds per year my waistline shows it. Wow that's a pound per month approx 800 calories per week. It's amazing what an extra 100 - 120or so calories per day for five years can do to your waistline. maybe I'll just stop eating on Wednesdays to balance it all out.
Just put a combination lock on the fridge, and have sarah change it every 3 days. and not give you the combination I should do the same
