Several people have a favorite player.. but who do you think is the greatest player in your NFL history?

    Barry Sanders.

Sometimes I think to myself how I still miss watching him play. I do believe that if he was in a running offense he could have broken 2,500 yards.

As much as I'd like to say Barry Sanders, I can't not say Jerry Rice.

That is a good choice as well. I thought of him, however I still have to go with Barry.

    I'd have to say:
    1. Barry Sanders (He was just amazing and with no real QB or WR threats and a weak line for many of his seasons)
    2. Tom Brady
    3. Joe Montana (Greatest winner in my lifetime)
    4. Jerry Rice (best WR ever? Def in my lifetime)

Big fan of getting at the QB and being disruptive on defense.
Lawrence Taylor changed the position and the mindset in that area.
Not my favorite player but definitely the most dominant. The man was unstoppable.

This post makes me really miss Irving Fryar. Our last true #1 WR.

Agree with Dupree on Barry Sanders

Dwight Stephenson. Further ahead of who ever is 2nd best at his position than anyone else.
