Getting past the pats isn' that tough. They got fortunate in that they play in a division with the three stooges who up to now have floundered in building teams. But it seems like the dolphins are on the brink and even buffalo and new York if they can land a QB

 

See I think the floundering comes primarily because we are in the same ring with the Pats. Our inability to get past them into the playoffs causes us to keep reaching and rethinking. You cannot say "getting past the pats isn't that tough" simply because no team does it consistently. It doesn't happen. The Pats aren't a product of a weak division, we are a product of the Pats steamrolling the league again and again.
