On that level where Brees, Rodgers, Peyton are yes. Assuming he can reach that level, which I'm not claiming is a given or anything, those great QBs weren't playing like that until about year 5 in the league. Now, you can have success before that. I mentioned that Wilson (rarely) and CKap (never) don't play on that level in terms of anticipation, but they have clearly had success.
I agree that if those aspects are incorporated, it can definitely benefit him. At some point, he will have to learn to be good in the pocket, but doing it that way will give him some immediate success which will in turn give him a calmness and confidence that he will eventually be able to be a better pocket passer. We know that the mental aspect of a QB is probably the most important quality to have. It's actually essential. So, yes, I think incorporating all of those are very important and a great idea, especially at the beginning of his career.
