    Maybe my math skills are off here, but isn't three months from today in the middle of January? So if he can cut a few weeks from that, he's saying that he plans on being back in time for the playoffs...

    3 months is expected. However, if he gets ahead of schedule he may only be out for 2 months and be back for late season/playoff games.

    Tough break for Godchaux in a contract year. Between this injury and the emergence of Sieler/Davis, I have to imagine that this is the last we'll see of him in Miami.
