According to the Detroit Free Press, Joe Theismann, who was axed by ESPN from "Monday Night Football", would like to have Matt Millen's job. He said that it would be a wonderful challenge. Theismann, a former Redskins QB, was the NFL's MVP in 1983 and led Washington to victory in Super Bowl XVII. Well, he could do no worse than Millen, I guess if your going to go for it, you pick on the bottom feeders?
sad thing is Millen is like the 3rd highest paid GM in the league. no wonder they are the bottom feeders.
I guess he's not a big fan of Matt's... it's one thing to say he wants to be GM, it's another to say he wants to be GM of a team that currently has a GM...
I just want to put it out there to the Lions that I will ruin their team for half of what Joe will ask for, just sayin.
