NCAA should just fine the highest paid executive related to the football program a third of their salary for X number of years. That should get some real corrective action/change started.

I know it's just one game, and I hate to admit it... but Josh Rosen... looks like the next once in a lifetime quarterback. The Andrew Luck/Peyton Manning/Aaron Rodgers mold.. The mechanics, poise and accuracy for his age is just wow. UCLA has themselves a quarterback.

Boo JT shouldve got the nod. Mature leader that has more skillset over cardale.. O well Cardale likely leaves for the NFL after this season and JTbwill be the QB next year.

The Brewer injury was the game changer. Would be a closer game if he was there.

ND just keeps suffering season ending injuries....each game another happens. Their wins arent pretty, but taking into account the depth issues, still impressive. Only dropping the road rain storm game to Clemson.

IDK. Their recruiting system does a great job of identifying talent. If we went by the online ranking services [ESPN, 24/7, Scout, Rivals], this wouldn't be a #1 ranked team, but Clemson has been outstanding recently at developing "3 star & 4 star" players into 4 & 5 star ones, but it all starts with identifying the underlying talent.

You should give more credit to Vanderbilt defense. They're a top 20 defense based on nearly every college football metric. Also, good teams find ways to win even with 4 turnovers even considering how Vanderbilt have no type of offense. While, I don't think this team can beat bama right now but I still think they can hang with any other team in the country.

Anyways, get to 6 wins FIU!

He is nothing special I agree but the biggest problem was the OL.....which was trash .As coach Mac said Treon didnt have a chance.

The Bama defense is not as good as Vanderbilt IMO. Gators have a chance however remote it looks like now.

I am not a big fan of Treon. However, our oline was **** on Sat. We started the season relatively thin and weak at Oline and we had what two or three injuries against UGA. So we were even thinner than usual. Hopefully they rested up and will be ok against FSU and the SEC champ game.

We likely will never know, but not so sure that would be a huge problem. Iowa actually CAN beat MSU though.

I will be rooting for whichever of them make the playoff. Iowa winning it all would be maybe the biggest shocker CFB has seen in 14 years. And Im all for it.

Honestly I was expecting a 7-5 or 8-4 season from Iowa this year... thankfully Ferentz's coaching style became much more aggressive and the team seems ready to play each week. I thought for sure we would drop one in the regular season after losing Drew Ott for the year in that Wisconsin game.

Another national champion from the B10 would definitely piss off the SEC fanboys.

Iowa is simply the defenition of efficient. Its never fancy but they win games.

All the SEC banter seems to be dead for the most part and rightfully so. You have Bama then?????? The Big Ten has 3 out of the top 6-7 teams as far as the commitee is concerened, so they really dont have a leg to stand on in that argument this season.

Good luck next week, if you get the chance to go you should. Great environment and the B10 festival before the game is a good time.

Huge loss by Notre Dame really shakes things up.

With Iowa/MSU playing basically a win and your in game that knocks one of them out of contention, Oklahoma is a lock.

6 and 7 (Baylor, ND) have lost.

All of a sudden if Florida beats Bama or NC beats Clemson the Buckeyes have a shot to sneak back in to the playoff. Not so sure Clemson wouldn't go over OSU though...but if Bama loses to the Gators?? I have to believe the Buckeyes are going to be back in the playoffs.

    Sooooo Go Gators go!

Good luck with that dream Fin O. You havent seen Florida play the last few weeks have you.:wink2: Not much you can do with no OL and poor QB play. Griers suspension really hurt and there are no backups to Harris .
And whats even worse ,no kickers to make a FG in the event of a defensive turnover

The only chance is for defensive pick 6 or recovered fumble for a TD.Several of them.

Not sure how a team could expect to beat Bama without a FG kicker. FSU is 'rebuilding' and had their way with UF. It's going to take a miracle for Alabama to not win the SEC.
