This is to make you guys aware that there is a growing problem with people siphoning gas out of your tanks, I got hit for about 5 gals today. I guess its time for me to invest in a locking gas cap. Hopfully most of you have locking fuel tanks but for me and my 1983 Camaro, no luck there. So for you guy and gals in the same boat as me, here are some hints. buy a locking gas cap if not; Park in busy areas, with your gas cap facing the road. park in high visability areas anyone got anything else?
My wife is an RN at the hospital and she has had gas stolen twice. The employees have a special place to park. She now refuses to park there and hasn't had any problems. They do have to go to there cars as a group. They have had nurses kidnapped and raped.
Sad thing. People try to help make a difference in this world and this is what they get in the end, its a shame that some of these people are still out there doing these crimes.
