My Daughter does...she enjoys it. Great discounts, she gets free clothing for PROMOTIONAL events, posters, etc. Anything specific you wondering about?

Well first thing I want to know about is pay. What do you start out at and do you get scheduled raises. My boss is very cheap and I've been at my current job for 3 years now and I started at 7.25 (minimum wage), and after a year/year and a half I got a raise to 8 dollars and have been at that ever since. My roommate who worked at Best Buy for awhile started at 8 and in less than a year made more than me. I would like to start close to what I currently make, but more importantly I want the option to make more.

Also how hard is it to get time off. Where I am currently I have to have someone cover my shift to take off. That's not a big deal except we are only a staff of four and 1 one the guys works 6 days a week in the morning so he can't cover me and a lot of times I work with one of the other 2 guys. That typically leaves only one person I can get to cover my shift. That is unless it is the day of the gator game, and then my boss has to spend all day tailgating, getting drunk and going to the game so I can't take off.
