I really don't know what to make of the Panthers. I expected so much more from their offense tonight.
The replacements struck again in the San Fran game. Harbaugh used his 3rd and final time out on a play Gerhart ran got stuffed and forward progress got stopped so it was blown dead. He fumbled after the fact and Harbuagh was yelling at the refs to challenge the play. They obliged even though he was out of timeouts. They won the challenge which was total bs as play was blown dead due to forward progress bring stopped. So they got the ball and got the timeout back which they later used a few plays later to challenge another Gerhart fumble.
Wow, so many BIG INJURIES and guys getting carted off the field and immobilized too. Sad day for so many teams and fans of those teams.
These refs are out of hand. The NFL is quickly becoming a joke. They better negotiate with their refs. I don't know, offer Ed Hochuli some steroids or something.
Honest question, when was the last time the patriots had a losing record? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I want to see another camera angle of that FG... That looked wide to me. That said, it's kind of an optical illusion because we can't judge depth based on that one angle. I want to see the camera mounted on/near the cross bar.
think they finished 10 and 6 that year, maybe even 11 and 5. They lost out on the playoffs due to a tiebreaker. I'll tell you what, the Pats are FUMING. BB is out of his mind mad at these refs. I guarantee this ref thing is resolved in the next 10 days. The regular refs will be back. If the Pats are this upset, it's just a matter of time. We know how much pull that team has with the league.
I don't really think we have given up 100 yards rushing to a RB in 16 or 17 games. Is that an artificial memory?
the worst part about the refs, not that they are making bad calls... it's that NOBODY respects them. It's ****ing dangerous.
Hard to respect them with some of the calls they are making, honestly. That one on Devin McCourty late gave the Ravens a first down to extend the drive. The one on Webb was questionable too.
Revis - out for season, torn ACL Bush - bruised knee, seems likely to miss a few weeks. Heyward-Bey - Head/Neck, no update but looked the worst of all Spiller - no update, but shoulder could be a few missed weeks too.
seattle with 8 sacks at the 2 minute warning, 4 by chris clemons and 2 by bruce irvin, the NFL record for a team is 12 which has be done 5 times already, derrick thomas holds the individual record with 7 in a game
Scariest thing I saw all weekend was the hit on Schaub. It was completely uncalled for. The Refs should have tossed the Denver LB IMO. They keep letting guys hit like this it's not going to be much longer until someone is seriously injured.
Something is going to have to give. At this point it's clear that Goodell doesn't care about the "sanctity of the game." Let's hope he actually cares about player safety.
Ok, I think the 2nd ref thought the 1st was going to signal TD, so he did, but the 1st ref called end of game (time has run out). Just nuts.
This is a joke. It's officially happened. The refs have cost a team a game. Sent from my Samsung Epic 4G using Tapatalk.
They have to do something. The refs cost Green Bay this game. That gets said a lot of times, but this is definitely the case. This is beyond ridiculous. Not only do they miss the call on the field, but they miss it on replay.
