I think the adam's apple comment soured Mr. C on her/him. This one's face looks like a computer-drawn cartoon. Is it real? I think I liked how tawdry the other one was. More... beckoning, as it were. Even if it was a tranny.
And simply from a management perspective, you keep your higher risk higher reward guy (Tanny) with the safest most consistent guy (Garrard). Moore is showing high risk, little reward. No space for him over Tanny, and he can;t provide the reliable backup either so he's gone IMO.
So we all agree then. Okay, who's going down to tell Matt? NJ, you go. Tell him to bring his playbook.
All QB's threw a TD and ZERO interceptions. I like that a lot. Fasano is going to have a monster year. Very excited about the potential 3-headed monster of Fasano/Clay/Egnew.
Completely agree. We traded a 5th for Thigpen, and Moore is a better QB IMO. Plus it's not like he isn't coming off a decent year.
Agree with most of what you said here (except your black ***). I used to do straight legged deads amongst other things. The real risky one to do are Good Mornings (straight back, bar across shoulders, bend at waist). If you keep them light and DO NOT wear a belt, they strengthened the lower back. Now we know they do as much harm as good. Better off holding a plate and doing back extensions on one of those leg-holding platforms. Ian King's workouts were always great for building heavy ***-MASS. Always lots of deadlift variants. Another good one that doesn't sound manly are curtsey-style lunges, where you cross one foot behind the other one like you are doing a curtsey/backwards lunge. Also used to do DEEP *** to the floor squats til I realized those destroy your knees entirely. Skating/rollerblading hills in a deep crouch is also great for ***. Check out any female figure skater. lol.
KB21 hasn't posted for a long time that I've seen. I'm surprised a new member such as yourself would know about him. I guess his reputation has grown far and wide beyond this humble forum.
If you use a light weight you can do those deep *** to the floor squats. I think it boils down whether one thinks they get better development with heavy squats to 45 degrees, or really light weight squats til your butt cheeks touch your heels. I've changed over to mainly kettlebells lately, and if I finish off a routine with some deep squats holding just one kb of moderate weight, it feels strenuous to me, as much as being fresh and doing some reps in 300-350 range with conventional weights.
You"re moving some good weight for an older dude. I've had to back off the deep squats entirely, though I finish with *** to the floor, jump to the ceiling ploy metrics after my squat/lunge/leg press/dead lift days. Love kettle bells. Sandbag workout is catching on now too (deadweight like fireman training). Also love crossfit classes mixing HIT, cardio bursts with functional stuff and high resistance stuff for number of reps in short time periods. Love training. We should have The Phins First Invitational Bodybuilding Classic. You can do the Masters Division. I'll do welterweight. Lol.
