Brian Gaine developed a strong passion for the game of football during his playing days at Don Bosco, where he played on the 1990 State championship team. He knew he wanted to carve out a career in the sport, and when it became apparent he wouldn't be able to do that as a tight end, he looked in another direction. "I had gone through the process of being evaluated myself," he said, "so that I had an idea of what was good and what was not good in a player." So in 1999 Gaine began a career in scouting with the Jets, a career that has seen him follow Bill Parcells first to Dallas and now to Miami, where he is the assistant director of player personnel for the Dolphins. He hopes someday his trail may find him sitting in the general manager's chair of an NFL team. http://www.northjersey.com/sports/jets/From_NJ_to_Miami.html
Yes it is, I know Mike Teel, he is from my town and his brother is a very good lacrosse player there.
There's a Don Bosco here, but they're a powerhouse in wrestling. Every year they send like 7-10 guys to state and win the state title.
Gotta love Don Bosco. Two friends of mine after Middle School went there (one for Hockey and one for Baseball) and the Baseball player now plays for a D-I school. Either way, GO RAMAPO!!!
