That and I don't have the time (nor the desire) to figure out the logistics. It's a cool idea but a sim is needed to make it work.
I agree that a dynasty league would help a lot of the problems, but that would be hard to get people to agree to a commitment for years to come. Life can be pretty volatile at times. FA is so different because you can't "save" the money for next year since it is only a one year league. That said, it encourages you to get right up to the cap in order to field the best team that you can; there is no sense in leaving money unused. If we were to make it a dynasty league I would expect FA to normalize around what the real NFL FA is like but the contracts would be hard to structure etc.
Real talk though I ****ed up my lower back up real good last night. Can't lay on my side or back. Can't stand up. **** sucks.
800mg of ibuprofen (Advil). do not exceed 3,200mg in 24 hours though, so take 4 pills (the pills are usually 200mg) every 6-8 hours as needed for pain. NSAID's work to reduce pain and inflammation so it would give you the best result.
rough night last night? ah, I've been there with a bad back, I'm assuming it's one side? Mine has been starting to ping lately, I'm sure it's getting ready to kick my ***. We all need to get our daily exercise and stretching in
It happened when I bent down to grab mouthwash and when I came back up it siezed up. I'm thinking I slipped a disc no doubt from my fitness class. I can kind of lay on my side now. But can't stand. It's like have no support for my lower back. Sucks to be bedridden.
That's what pulling your back feels like brobeans. Not a fun experience. at all. Part of growing older. Get used to it, more to come.
Well, it's minor but it's not minor.... since it can be significantly debilitating and painful, sometimes eye-tearingly such.
Have you taken the ibuprofen? They can give you a steroid shot in the back that would likely improve your back instantaneously provided you didn't slip a disc or do any major damage.
Packers are happy to announce the following additions: DT CJ Mosley CB Charles Peanut Tillman couple of solid vets added into the mix on D.
This local kid at our local YMCA would go by "Peanut" I never asked him why, but I am fairly sure it was because his head was shaped like a peanut. Wonder what Tillman's story is...
Does anyone have any opposition to moving the draft up to this coming weekend and ending tagged/tendered bidding on Thursday night? Free agency is starting to trail off.
That's gonna cut back on the number of million dollar draft profiles Bdog can generate for us so.....
The Atlanta Falcons would like to welcome DE Jason-Pierre Paul. We are excited to watch him work opposite Greg Hardy, not to mention Vince Wilfork and Corey Peters in the inside. We really like that he is equally stout against the run as his is proficient as a pass rusher. He finished the 2014 season with 77 tackles, 12.5 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, 1 fumble recover, 6 pass deflections, and 6 stuffs. Hahaha I wish, If a little weight lifting is going to stress my body out this much then I'm not even going to bother with it.
Keep doing it just make sure your form is perfect. My back would kill me from sitting all day, but when I started lifting it helped a lot. Take a long, long time off to make sure you are perfectly healthy before you start again. If you are still completely against lifting yoga also helped me out.
We'll start it sunday, all of y'all can drink saturday night to celebrate and we'll start the week off with a bang. Jax is officially on the clock to take Jameis Winston.
