    Good article, can't imagine Al Davis calling up Jon Gruden on the sidelines though. I think that's why Gruden managed to do so well while he was there.

    Last year the Steelers had a rookie head coach who did very well, but I distinctly remember that last game they lost was a very winnable game for them. They lost it because of game management decisions by the head coach...
