Former Miami Hurricanes quarterback Kenny Kelly has been arrested and charged with three felony drug charges, Tampa police say.

OT: I remember watching Kelly and his top receiver, Darrell Jackson, face Pahokee star QB, Anquan Boldin, in a playoff game down there in the late '90s. Kelly was the state's all-time leading passer. Jackson had just broken the national receiving mark. And Boldin was an absolute phenom at QB (he also played center field on defense). Boldin the one-man show pulled the upset.
