    I've read about them before. It's an interesting side-note historically but if the Jewish re-establish roots there, more attention would likely be paid.

    you know 6 million Poles also died in the holocaust.

    Yeah pretty much a death sentence.

    Now also lost to history is the program that would take "misplaced aryans children (snicker)" from Polish families and hand them over to NAZI party supporter families, if a child had the "aryan attributes" they basically were kidnapped.

    The Shanghai diaspora always fascinated me, like a European City was transported to China.

    yeah , 3 million jews, 3 million poles, 3 million both jewish & polish...are the crude rounded numbers that i have found to be the estimate.
