I think at the very least hes been good at getting guys like Gaskin and Ahmed to produce. HB is one of those positions where I would actually say the position coach is less important than talent or the offensive line, but it's still great to have a guy who knows what hes doing and has a bright future. Making sure his guys know their assignments on every play is probably the most important aspect of his particular job and I havent really seen a HB out of position.
