Makes sense, Atogwe wins in either situation and has no incentive to negotiate with the Rams at the moment.

We won't wait that long because there
is no garuntee that he would sign with the phins. We need to adress saftey before or during the draft.

Not to mention he will cost a lot of money that the phins might be hesitant to give up.
