Over the past 13 or so years, I've GM'd a free IDP Fantasty football leage on yahoo league with my family and clsoe friends. It took a few seasons to iron the scoring out, but it's the only league I can honestly say I've played in that is very balanced. No single position outweighs another, and the IDP selections are actually relevent. I'd like to get a close knit ACTIVE group of phinfans together to start a keeper league on ESPN. Forgot to add, it'll be a 10 man league. That allows for adequate depth while still retaining a legitimate talent pool week in and week out.
