If he's working hard then his arrow is up, it's that simple, coaches seem to like him but I haven't seen enough to know what he is or what he can be lol..
I think if he ends up being what Derrick Shelby is, that's a pretty nice find for a 7th round pick. Especially one hailing form the Pioneer Football League. My Dayton Flyers are a part of that league and let's just say that it's really not much of a step up from some of the better 6A (or Division I if you're in Ohio, like me) high school football programs.
