Let’s be honest. You do a lot more than toot your own horn regularly.

Excuse my ignorance, but now that we will be shifting route adjustment responsibilities from the WR to the QB, will we see more audibles?

Didn't Anthony Weiner go to jail for tooting his own horn? LMAO

Tannehill has this same autonomy at the LOS, he just wasn’t any good at it. I don’t think Tannehill ever knew how to properly read fronts/coverages. That’s why his best play came from under-center 12-personnel packages where the reads were easy and he only needed his big arm and plus athleticism to get by.

Sounds like a perfect fit for Sean McVay in LA...

I think when he faced Ds that were the same on Sunday as on the film he saw on Tuesday that he did a good job. What always screwed him up was when the D changed up their scheme, most famously the Baltimore Ravens kept doing it to him.

To me that’s the nutshell for Tannehill. If it’s something he expects he can be as good as any QB in football, but if it’s something that’s off script his thinking is too slow and confused.

Add to that, in my opinion, he has CLEARLY lost mobility in the last couple years.

Not to say he ever had great pocket presence but it's pretty obvious when you are taking sacks you could have escaped before your injury.
