I have none… As I tell my kids (al be it jokingly), IF you have no expectations you will never be disappointed!

Here is to hoping the Fins have a great season...

Lowered from 9-7 possible wild card if we lose to the Browns. From 1992-2002 the Dolphins won every opening game. Never had a losing record.

Since 2003 we've won one opening game. And lost 4 straight to the Browns going back to 2004 after dominating the series before that. Hence why an opening game against the Browns seems important to me.

First overreaction thread of the regular season. Nice.

Browns were an imporant game IMO because they have a solid D, and a crappy offense, yet we've struggled with them recently. And with other teams who are similar (Jets, Cards, Bills last year). I'll keep my pre-season 9-7 expectation. Our run game needs a lot of work...I don't care if the Browns have a tough D. 2nd worst rushing performance in franchise history. D can still be sketchy at times, Browns have a bad offense. But we hit hard and can finally create turnovers. But we'll see the next few weeks...toughest stretch of the season the next 4 games.

Hard to over react to something that had not happened at the time isn't it?
