Scheftner just reported on ESPN that its up to a coin flip for whether we are 18th or 19th... but didnt report who we are flipping between?
18. Miami Dolphins # 19. Philadelphia Eagles # The # next to the names on that list denote a coin flip. 20. Green Bay Packers # 21. New Orleans Saints # Would be flipping for the 20th spot. Edit: Of course this only happens if both Miami and Philadelphia make a claim on the same player.
