AS I mentioned, I think the Jest new GM is doing a good job with what he has to work with, extra draft picks and cap space being created. ESPN on the television
I agree. He realizes what little he has to work with and is tearing it down to build it up. Luckily he is burdoned with Sanchez for at least another year.
Good move for Tampa...when u face Atlanta and NO 4x a year you need all the help you can get. Win. Win
Good move for the Jets. they are no where near competing this year or the next few years. They are going through rebuilding mode and by the time they turn it around, Revis is going to be too old to be effective.
Exactly. ..with all the variables Sanchez is the worst pick in 20 years. Normally the busts don't get undeserved 11m per year extensions. He has killed the Jets on and off the field. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2
Done deal...for stupid money...6 years 96 million? holy sh!t http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap10...vis-tampa-bay-buccaneers-agree-to-trade-terms -edit- NONE of it guaranteed...zilch..nada Basically makes it a year-to-year deal.
Big picture, and it's basically us vs NE for the division, losing Revis means also the Jest are a weaker overall team, same with the Bills. INOW, we can pretty much plan on NE sweeping both teams.
It is a good move for the Jets. THIS year, it'll make them worse, but they wouldn't have been great anyway. But they get like 4 or 5 compensatory picks in next years draft I think, which is obviously great for them for the future. Unless they botch all of them [which they hopefully do ], but for now its good.
