    Parcells and Holmgren both pulled the plug with teams they were paid millions to build less than successful.

    Is this the end of the "Lifer Football Guru"?

    I do think their love of large players and non Td scoring positions is an anachronism in the modern NFL, speed gives you more options, Size does one thing.

    Did he retire or get fired? Seemed like the latter to me.

    To me, what does it matter, he failed as Parcells failed in Miami.
