They added Jim Washburn, Howard Mudd and last yr added Bobby April formerly of the Bills #1 ranked overall Special Teams unit.

That is a departure for Andy Reid, who previously had "Drone" Coaches, guys whose names do not come to mind quickly, adding Mudd, Washburn and April arguably means he has 3 of the top 5 unit coaches in the NFL.

Have to wonder if Big Red is feeling some heat from Jeff Lurie after two consecutive early exits from the playoffs?

Hmm, surprised Dick Jauron did not receive more attention while he was there.

Wow I did not know they hired Jim Washburn. I heard about Howard Mudd today. Those two hires are absolutely amazing. Those guys are the best at what they do IMO.

Bobby April is the best ST Coordinator in the NFL as well, which is sort of out of character for Reid.

Washubrn's list of Dlinemen he has made millionaires out of is really impressive and Justin Babin has said he would like to follow him to Philly, even though the Eagles traded him to the Titans last offseason.

I think this means you're going to see the Eagles move toward a Shanahan style zone-blocking scheme. A lot of play action and bootlegs to stop backside pursuit of Vick.
