EA Announces Server Shut-Downs, Including for Online Pass Games

What is next? BF3, Sim City 5? I know, I know, it is unlikely, but what EA is doing is wrong. Origins and this DRM crap is getting very restictive and does nothing to prevent piracy.

    F'n EA...

Agreed 100%. Though that's a older article I agree with what ya mean. I haven't bought a EA game in a while.

WTF. I actually do play MMA. This is a load of crap.... god bless I hate this company. I think BF3 will be the last EA game I ever purchase.

My guess is that they want this to eventually bleed over to the sports titles, specifically Madden ... can you imagine the latest Madden game going dark as the new one is released?

This is why I don't buy games from EA anymore.
