Its just his opinion guys. Alabama can turn around and lose 4 straight like they did last year. Clemson can pull a Michigan and look bad then turn it around and beat FL in a bowl game. Just his opinion. Not that I agree with it though (USC should be #1).
Thank you and I respectfully disagree, USC has not distinguished themselves from any of the teams ahead of them. Id put Virginia on par with the top DI-AA teams that Ohio St and UGA played.
Its not just what they've done this year. It's the program, where they've been, their track record, quality of recruits, etc. I think USC has started to lose and is losing their mojo, but after this weekend, they IMO deserve to be #1. But hey, they're your rankings.
