Just wondering if, because of the rookie salary changes, there is also changes to the mysterious chart that gives the value of picks that teams use to add up trades and balance them.
Actually, that chart was created before the salaries of Top 10 picks got out of hand. If anything, compensation for the top picks may revert closer to what it was when the chart first started to be used. That being said, the chart is just a guide. For a guy like Andrew Luck, the top pick might fetch whatever amount someone is willing to pay.
