16. Miami Dolphins - Brian Cushing, OLB, USC Somewhat overlooked due to the presence of Rey Maualuga at USC, Cushing is a skilled outside linebacker. The Dolphins have had an impressive turnaround in just one season, and by adding a few more parts, they could find themselves going from doormat to contender. A player like Cushing from the OLB spot in a 3-4 defense would be quite interesting.
