its in my mental roladex..and yes he is a young 31....This brings me to a topic ive been wanting to talk about, there should'nt be any reason to see rickys skills diminishing, i think theres somethin goin on there from a hunger standpoint and i wont just accept what hes bringing our team cause hes ricky...there were times where he helped us last year and was somewhat consistent, and their were times when i didnt recognize the man, where did that fury and fire go when he was punishing suckers in the 4th quarter, when i would actually feel remorse for the other team and cringe when they tried to bring the dreadlock demon down.. those qualities should be in full affect. I tell ya, i love me some ricky williams, but iam not about to accept a man in his prime that is less intense and less aggressive then he was 5 years ago.. him being only 31 does not give him that excuse, especially because of all the time he missed.. I need to see much more determination from him this year.. otherwise theres something wrong with the cat.. P.S, i also watched first hand Ray lewis put that boy in a funk in last years playoff game, it came on a play out of bounds, ray clocked ricky and stood up quickly, ricky got up with his head down and was never a threat after. Iam rootin for him this year but i dont have my blinders on.
i'm ok with the new ricky. if you want the old ricky back, you have to keep in mind that the old ricky comes with an inevitable suspension. the problem with pot heads is that they're just not the same person without their pot!
