Now is the time to turn this around, the team shouldn't need any more incentive than that. The Charger game will not be an easy game but the other games wont get any easier. Now if the offense and defense can get on the same page and both execute maybe we will have something to cheer about when the day is over and we wont have to pick anyone to point fingers at this week.
