Dolphins veterans must be mentors

    However some veterans are hesitant about mentoring players who will probably replace them at some point


    However Sparano has made it clear that selfish players have one foot out of the door so many veterans such as Ferguson,JT ,Will Allen are taking this task seriously.

    This front office has shown that it rewards veterans who do things the right way. They value leadership and hard work. When you don't do things like that, then you open yourself up to situations like Ferguson mentioned.

    Unfortunately it didnt work out for Vonnie Holliday but all players have to face that situation sooner or later.
