Dolphins tackle Branden Albert (elbow) unsure if he can play vs. Bears

Translation: He's playing but talking injuries with dip **** reporters comes with a fine on most teams.

 

Albert - "The elbow is fine. I'll play through it for this team if I have to."

Sports Illustrated - "Albert unsure if he will play vs. Bears!"

Armando tweeted that he participated in the portion of practice open to the media yesterday and that he was going to play.

 

He's got grit, doubt he sits out...Dude is a warrior.

 

Was Hickey supposed to know that a runningback was going to try to chip a defensive end, however actually hit Albert's elbow instead?

After the crap we went through with the OL Albert has been fantastic.

I don't doubt his ability to deal with injuries and play through the pain. Yet it should be noted that during his five years as a starter with the Chiefs, Albert only made it through one season without missing at least one game due to injury.

In fact his durability was the one major knock against him when he entered free agency.

I think he has been a major upgrade for the Dolphins on the OL and I hope he does play this week.
