wow i love Ginn and am glad he made it this far, but he should not surpass Ronnie... cmon now... Ted Ginn [82] - Ronnie Brown [163] +
Must ... Resist ... Ginn Mafia Ted Ginn [84] - Ronnie Brown [161] + If Ronnie comes back and plays like he did last year, he'll be one of the top 5 backs in the league.
lol. What happened to considering votin' for Ginn? Oh, well. C'est la vie! I wish BOTH Ted and Ronnie the best this year! And, honestly, if we didn't have Ricky I'd probably be voting for Ronnie too.
I was thinking about supporting Ginn (and I still might), but after watching this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ifs72pD3Qfg I felt like I had to vote for Ronnie.
I'm very skeptical about Ronnie being able to come back from knee surgery, since it takes most backs 2 years to return to form. But after watching that video I'm reminded that what made Ronnie so great last year wasn't speed, he's never had breakaway speed, or cut on a dime moves. In 2007 it was that toughness, and fight, and hitting the hole hard that allowed him to breakout. Since it took him so long to finally discover that, I hope he didn't lose it during his longer offseason and rehab. And I hope he is healthy enough that he doesn't start running scared. But I'm more optimistic than I've been that he can pick up where he left off.
Dang VO, after watching that, I feel bad voting against Brown lol. However, I still have to support Ginn .
Day crew showed up, hmmmm? lol. Nice. This oughta be one fun slugfest down the stretch. And, for the record, I have always admired Ronnie's ability. Thanks for the highlights. My issue is that knee injures don't usually mean a runnigback is dominant again anywhere less than a year after his injury, so we will be relying on Ricky Williams a lot this fall. To me, surivor is about how important you are to the team AND your talent. Without Ronnie, we have Ricky. Without Teddy, we have no passing game past 15 yards. That said, it was beautiful to watch Ronnie splatter that Raiders db in the endzone. lol. B.
Yesterday at this time, Ronnie was up by 113..... now he is up by just 83. It is inevitable. That said, I don't think we should change rules mid-race. Two hours has ben the way it has worked and I am comfortable that we can outlast the dwindling will of the Brown supporters. 90% of this game is half mental. lol.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ted Ginn [83] + Ronnie Brown [162] -
Ted Ginn [81] - Ronnie Brown [164] + Does look like Ginn will eventually win. Unless someone really wants to be the one who ends this game. Think about it. You will get to be the one to put the death nail sooner rather than later. Think about that joy.
