A former Brigham Young University standout, Feinga enters the mix with an offensive line that has been in a state of flux. Journeyman Pat McQuistan replaced rookie third-round draft pick John Jerry as the starter at right guard in Sunday’s loss to the Browns, and right tackle Vernon Carey (knee) gave way to second-year man Lydon Murtha late in the second quarter.

During the portion of practice the media watched Jerry lined up as the starting right tackle even though Vernon Carey, who has been battling a knee injury for a few weeks, participated in Wednesday’s session on a limited basis.

Carey’s status for Sunday’s game against the Jets is uncertain considering he couldn’t finish last Sunday’s 13-10 loss to the Cleveland Browns because of his troublesome knee. Lydon Murtha finished out the game for the Dolphins as his replacement.
