They did this in Dallas and now are bringing it here. Someone said that the rest of the league does it as well. I like it a lot though.

I really don't know how many times I can say I like these guys but I really do. They've impressed the hell out of me. I liked Langford a lot prior to the draft after reading up on him. Then, we ended up selecting him and now he's a beast. The guy improves by day. He's a giant that rushes the passer very well and is versatile.

Thomas has also impressed me. Didn't expect him to perform this way, that's for sure. I thought Murphy would get the look at RG and he did but he didn't perform well. I thought it would be the other way around but either way, I'm impressed with Thomas. Murphy struggled at both Guard spots and has not been as impressive.

I'm really going to start paying attention to the performance of the Quarterbacks since the offense is installed. I still don't expect Henne this year unless we have an injury at the position. Next year, I think he will be the starting Quarterback.

I've always liked Langford since the Senior Bowl. I'm glad he is showing up. I'm surprised how fast he has come along though. I'm completely surprised about how Donald Thomas has been able to be so good consistently. Obviously, Henne is just as I expected. All in all a very good gorup of rookies if you also add in Long, Merling and Parmale.

hahaha yeah, you tell 'em! Henne is just what we need and could very well be the future of the franchise.

I am really liking the fact that Henne is putting the heat on McCown and Beck. It justifies Parcells and Ireland's decision to pursue him in the draft class, and the fact that we got him at 57 instead of 32 could end up being the best value out of this years draft. As a starter the majority of his career, I think being at the bottom of the depth chart is real motivation to show what he's capable of. I highly doubt he gets to play this year, but I think he could step up big next year for us as long as he continues to progress.

Nice to know our rookies are working out well for us. Long, Merling, Langford, Thomas, Parmele and Henne are all getting good reviews. Thats definately great news for us. We certainly needed a strong draft class this year.
