I am pulling for Carpenter. I am sure if its close they will keep the vetran so if Carpenter wins out then it means he pulled away and was clearly the better kicker.
I was pretty impressed with carpenter. That first FG, the 41 yarder had me worried, he just snuck that thing in there. The second one was impressive. He seems to have some good power on his kickoffs which is always nice to see as well. So that is definately good. Looks like Feely might be in trouble here.. I woudlnt have a problem with Carpenter winning the job if that was the case... However, I would like to see some more kicks from him as well.
I wonder how Carpenter fairs under pressure. I believe it was Boomer who pointed out that he missed six PAT's in college.
