Why dont you agree with theb4th down penalty? He ran into Hopkins before the ball arrived.

Tua has played well but I hope people understand what I mean when I say his mobility is entirely different from a dual threat QB.

I dont agree with that. He was running full speed to get back to Hopkins, not the ball. He didnt even try to play the ball.
