Not buying that. Our supposed interest in DJ Williams would be the perfect cover to get up close and personal with Mallett without telegraphing it. Its the perfect cover, I mean someone has to throw the balls to Williams. That being said I am not saying we don't have interest in Williams, I just wouldn't neccessarily think we are only looking at williams.

Of course. Because, of the TEs available in this draft with size, varying degrees of decent speed and ability to do everything required of the position in the pros, we want the short one with short arms, who isn't a very good blocker.

The thing about Miami's offense though is that we've seen that Fasano is a plus on the field, Marshall is a plus, and Bess is a plus. Hartline showed plenty of signs last year as well. So Miami is going to go out of their way to draft a guy who will probably be a second rounder making an elaborate trade for a receiving TE. That doesn't quite sound right and plus Miami needs a guy bit bigger than him (height, size) to run 2 TE sets. Expect someone else in free agency for that role. I smell interest in Mallet's monster arm.
