http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/players/504777 Brooks Foster, from UNC had a bum knee in 09, but any Wr cut by the Rams is not exactly a great prospect.
I think getting a good Tight End next year has to be one of our top draft priorities. The Pats have a couple good young TE's, and the Jets have Keller. We have Fasano and he sometimes disappears for most of the game.
Fasano disapears because he is not used properly. He is not a bad pass catching TE, problem is our game plan almost eliminates him entirely. The defensive coaches on opposing teams picked that up a long time ago. Fasano was open many times Sun Night and Henne did not even look his way. Yes, he threw it to him for a touchdown but there were many times Fasano was just plain ignored while open.
just a few plays but he looks decent [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pcarsdf6o1o"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pcarsdf6o1o[/ame]
If Roberto has not seen the field yet, whats the point of Foster? Can he run the wildcat? Return kicks? Kick touchbacks?
Id rather see us take a chance on a guy with legitimate speed...I know some guys play faster than times but damn...one decent Burner would make me happy.
Foster is only a PS signing. We keep adding and subtracting guys constantly on the PS. Wallace did see the field in the last game. Played a lot of STs and was out there as a WR a few times though no passes thrown his way.
